At Avant Flora, Inc., we are dedicated to your gardening success and satisfaction. Should you experience any issues with our plants, we have a robust refund and returns policy to ensure you feel confident and supported in your gardening journey.

Our Warranty

We stand by the quality of our plants with the following guarantee:

  • Annuals: Guaranteed for 90 days from the time of shipping.

  • Perennials: Guaranteed for 1 year from the time of shipping.

If you are dissatisfied with your plant within the warranty period, Avant Flora will replace it with a similar or comparable plant at no charge. Should your replacement be unavailable or if it’s too late in the season to ship, it will be shipped in the next appropriate shipping season.

How to Process a Return or Replacement

To initiate a return or replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@avantflora.com. Provide your order number, the item in question, and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Review: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days to confirm your eligibility for a replacement.

  3. Resolution: If approved, we will either ship your replacement immediately or inform you of the next shipping season for your item.
